Heidi is terrific. She has been my hair stylist for 15 years. The staff is great and it’s comfortable.

I am very pleased with my haircut with Kathy O. She was professional asking me various questions as to what I wanted, and didn’t want. I appreciated that she gave me what I asked for in a cut. It was also a pleasure to see her again.

Paulo’s is a clean, elegant salon with a feeling of thoughtful care throughout. Johanna was exceptionally attentive. She washed my hair herself, mindful of its sensitivity and health, and gave me exactly the haircut I asked for. My gray hair looked fantastic—I walked out feeling confident and well cared for.

I would follow Kathy O anywhere! But the additional pleasure of a clean salon with friendly staff was great.
