Going to Paulo’s for any hair needs is always a pleasure. Everyone there is both friendly and helpful. Heidi has the perfect formula for my hair color. It suits my coloring perfectly and she gives me the perfect cut every time. Both Andrea and Gabby are wonderful and thorough with shampooing . You can have your feet up, relax and enjoy the shampooing. My hair appointments are a treat I look forward to each time.

Although, I arrived at 12:30 for my appointment, Paulo was busy and therefore, I had to wait until 1. A minor problem since I had not been able to get my hair highlighted for a few months due to my husband’s illness. Paulo was professional, kind and did a fantastic job. I appreciate his techniques and ability.

I always look forward to my visits at Paulo’s. Heidi is expert at giving me the hair color which is a perfect shade of red. Andrea gives such a thorough shampoo afterwards, Then Heidi works her magic with giving me a fantastic haircut every time. I always get so many compliments on both my hair color and cut. They have wonderful products too!
